|  Ann Vautour Organizational & Human Development Specialist
Ann Vautour has worked in leadership positions with government and municipal agencies for more than 20 years making her current role as a business consultant more real. After graduating from the University of Alberta, she developed and directed a variety of departments and projects at major teaching hospitals in Vancouver and Halifax before starting her private practice.
She authored "The Career Portfolio: A Guided Sample", used by Dalhousie University's Counselling Services. Ann guest lectured at universities on the east and west coasts of Canada. In her corporate work, her experience and knowledge in working with teams provides critical insight into organizational success.
A graduate of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Program, Dalhousie University Law School and Henson College, Ann has created a mediation case used as a teaching tool in this same program.
In both her leadership roles in public health care and private practice, Ann has helped groups remove barriers to innovative thinking while improving job satisfaction and performance. She has extensive experience in adult education and small group process, and is a Master Trainer for the Province of Nova Scotia in the area of Volunteer Management and Motivation. Ann is a certified Neuro-linguistic Practitioner, negotiation and conflict management specialist and is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI) used in team building, conflict management and other areas of human development and Think on Your Feet a globally acclaimed workshop that actually trains you to think on your feet. Ann's effective and entertaining delivery style has been her trademark in workshops and mediations, earning her great respect from clients and colleagues.
