Claudia Mamros is a certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years of diverse project management, business analysis and process improvement experience. Her background in training and development, and general business operations uniquely positions her with a broad understanding of systems, structure and performance.
She’s a problem solver who enjoys creating order out of chaos and has been recognized for developing high performance teams and continuous improvement projects in administration, sales, manufacturing assembly, volunteer and service organizations.
Claudia’s track record demonstrates her ability to analyze a situation, develop strategies that produce desired outcomes, and provide the leadership and motivation to implement them successfully.
Spending a number of years with professional services firms as well as in the training and operations of franchise companies, Claudia developed the skills and knowledge to identify and resolve operational and performance issues in an enterprise and how to develop (those) skills in others.
Her facilitation style is creative and dynamic. She ensures that the material developed continues to be highly effective and relevant to everyone, and that expectations are met.
