Rick Mamros is all about relationships.  With over 20 years in sales, Rick realized the lack of leadership and innovation in the area of training sales people on how to network effectively early on in his career.  Natural at nurturing relationships, his gentle and friendly approach with people puts him in the enviable position to foster endearing and lasting friendships and clients.  His practical and positive style has won him numerous speaking engagements, leadership roles and awards for his ability to engage people to contribute as part of a group or individually.  Rick’s earlier background in music studies, performance and teaching, coupled with his public speaking experience make him a natural in front of a group.  His focus is on developing and augmenting relationships.

Rick is responsible for business development and facilitation of training and consulting engagements for Learn2Network International Inc.  His 20+ years of business experience has been predominantly in financial sales and referral networking.  Being a member of and having held a number of various leadership roles within BNI (Business Network International), The Toronto Board of Trade, Toastmasters International and other networking organizations, he has been and is actively involved in the continual development and pursuit of contacts.

His ability to guide those in need of direction makes him an obvious candidate for excellence in the field of networking and relationship building.  His natural aptitude for leadership and building trust continuously puts him in the position of mentor, councilor and adviser.

Rick’s facilitation style is fun, sensitive and creative.  He ensures attendees are given the chance to grow to their full potential in a way which makes the meek more confident, and the eager excellent.
