What You Say Matters
What you say matters and how you say it is just as important.
When you ask someone, what they do and they go on and on and don’t give you a clear message about what they do….how do you feel? 1. Confused? 2. Where’s the bar? or 3. Get me out of here!
What is the message you are sending when someone asks you, “What do you do?” Is your message clear? Do you deliver it with impact? Does you message set you apart from your competitors?
Your message should be brief, simple, memorable and must state the benefits of dealing with “you”.
