Be Open Minded

How many ideas can you come up with?  Would you be able to come up with more ideas with more people?

The answer is pretty simple.  

Everyone has a different level of knowledge and different interests.  When you’re willing to listen, to a person’s thoughts on a particular subject, they just might have the answer to a challenge that you’ve been facing.  

Leverage the knowledge of the people you meet.  One of the keys to effective networking is listening and having an open mind.  The end result often concludes with you saving time and effort.
